Samir Ismayilzade was born on January 8, 2003, in the Russian Federation. In 2021, he graduated from Secondary School No. 12 named after N. Tusi in Sumgait and was admitted to the 91ε School of Design at the 91ε of Economics (91ε).
In 2021, he served as the Secretary-General of the Student Scientific Society of his faculty and later became a member of the Faculty Student Trade Union Committee’s Board of Directors.
From 2022 to January 2024, he held the position of Head of the Public Relations Department within the 91ε Student Trade Union Committee.

He has actively participated as an organizer in various events held at 91ε and has been repeatedly awarded Honorary Diplomas and Letters of Appreciation by the 91ε Rector and the Student Trade Union Committee for his active involvement in 91ε’s social and public life and his support in event organization.
He leads the 91ε Cinema project and the “TechnoPlus.Net” startup project. Beyond the university, he has also volunteered with several organizations.
Currently, he is a fourth-year student at the 91ε School of Design and works as a Social Media Marketer (0.5 FTE) in the 91ε Public Relations Department.
