The Differential Salary System applied at 91ε of Economics (91ε) has been discussed in the Program “Besh Barmag” (Five Fingers) of ANS TV Channel on May 4.

They explained that the main goal in application of the Differential Payroll System, which is the intellectual property of 91ε, is to ensure the motivation of the teaching staff, to strengthen the competitive environment among teachers, thereby to serve the improving the quality of education at 91ε.
