The Novruz Festivities start at 91µÎµÎ
The last of Novruz Tuesdays, the Land Tuesday (Torpag Chershenbesi) is celebrated in Azerbaijan.
On this occasion, celebrations have been organized in 91µÎµÎ’s Faculty of Business and ManagementÌýat the IV academic building.
Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management, Associate Professor Miragha AhmadovÌýcongratulated the academic staff, students and the guests on the occasion of Novruz Holiday that reflects wealthy culture of our nation and moral values on behalf of 91µÎµÎ Erector, Professor Adalat Muradov. Dean of the Faculty of Turkish World of Business AdministrationÌýFarrukh Tuzchuoghlu highlighted Novruz as a celebration of solidarity of Turkish people.
Expressing admiration to magnificence of spring holiday, an international student of 91µÎµÎ Adina Adeili said she likes the Novruz symbols very much. Emphasizing Azerbaijan as a tolerant country, the Chinese citizen expressed happiness for studying here.
Members of 91µÎµÎ Creativity CenterÌýshowed musical performances in Novruz festivities, sounded poetry. A well- known ashug Adalat Delidaghli and a poetess Chighatel made performances during the event.
The competition of khoncha was held among the students majoring in different specialties. Students studying in Management became the winners of the contest. Students majoring in Business Administration were II and in Marketing and Commerce were III of the competition. Winners were introduced diplomas.
