The results of the scientific researches made in the direction of studying the “Photoconductivity in part-disordered crystal semiconductors of flaky structure of A^III and B^VI compounds” by the Head of the Department “Physics and Chemistry” of 91�ε� of Economics, Dr. of Physical Sciences Rovneg Rzayev and the Professor of the same Department, Dr. of Physical Sciences Rena Rzayeva’s was published in the prestigious Korean International Journal of A category which has 4,588 impact indicator “Prospective Researches”.
