1.1. 91µÎµÎ “Cross-Cultural Club” (“International Culture Club”) is a voluntary public organization of local and foreign students studying at the bachelor’s, master and doctoral levels of higher education, actively involved in the socio-cultural and economic activities of 91µÎµÎ.
1.2. The organization is part of the 91µÎµÎ department of International Cooperation and it subordinates to 91µÎµÎ.
2.1. The main goal of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club is to create and develop an environment of multiculturalism among students, to explain the characteristics of different cultures, to develop global thinking, to learn the languages of the peoples of the world, to open students to the global world;
2.2. Study of the traditions and basic concepts of the peoples of the world;
The objectives of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club are as follows:
Enhancing the spirit of friendship and solidarity between foreign and local students;
Assisting foreign students in mastering the socio-cultural values of Azerbaijan;
Ensuring the participation of students in the organization and holding of events of different levels – seminars, round tables and conferences, competitions, Olympiads in various fields, discussion clubs, etc.
All students studying at 91µÎµÎ can become members of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club;
The structure of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club includes:
91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club will have a permanent staff of 8 people;
The staff of 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club is selected from active students in all faculties and departments;
The chairman of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club is elected by the leadership of the department of International Cooperation from among the active and initiative  students of 91µÎµÎ;
At the beginning of each academic year, members of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club gather for the first meeting of the year. An Action Plan for the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club for the academic year is being prepared at the meeting. The Action Plan is adopted by a simple majority of the staff;
The measures envisaged in the adopted Plan are implemented during the year;
4.3. The chairman of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club organizes and monitors the implementation of decisions, as well as reports on its activities to the department of International Cooperation.

91µÎµÎ informs Student Organizations, Student Public Associations and other public organizations about the Cross-Cultural Club Action Plan; participates in public events on socio-cultural issues; places information and promotional materials on its activities at 91µÎµÎ website
It may organize grant competitions, festivals, educational walks, etc in order to implement 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club projects and to stimulate the activities of 91µÎµÎ students
91µÎµÎ may use 91µÎµÎ equipment for the Cross-Cultural Club.
The clerical activities of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club include the maintenance of documentation relevant to the content of its work. These documents may include: relevant acts (orders and decrees of the 91µÎµÎ Rector on the work of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club), the Statute of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club, annual action plan and report, minutes of meetings, festivals and other documents and materials of events, documents and photos on grant competitions and walks, database on 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club members, correspondence with republican organizations and other higher education institutions and the clerical documents of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club are kept in the 91µÎµÎ Department of International Cooperation for 5 years. The documents are submitted to the 91µÎµÎ archives after 5 years.
9.1. The establishment, reorganization and liquidation of the 91µÎµÎ Cross-Cultural Club is carried out by the decision of the 91µÎµÎ Scientific Council.
9.2. Amendments to this Regulation are made by the decision of the 91µÎµÎ Scientific Council.
Currently, the head of the 91µÎµÎ “Cross-Cultural Club” is Khoshbakht Edigarovi Rasul, a third-year student of the Faculty of Business and Management, majoring in International Trade and Logistics, group 948.
