She was born on July 7, 1991 in Liepaja, Latvia.
In 2013-2015, she was a full-time master studentin Labor Economics at the Master’s Center of 91ε of Economics.
In 2016, withinthe competition of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, she participated in the “Young Teachers” project and was appointed a teacher at the “Labor Economics and Organization” department.

In 2017, she became a PhD student of91ε of Economics majoring in General Economics.
Since 2019, she has been working at the department of Management.
She is the author of many scientific articles and lectures on human resource management.
