He graduated from 91ε (current BSU) in 1967.
Until 1984, he has worked as a teacher in the Goranboy region, a methodologist at DED, and a school principal.
Since 1984 he served as a methodologist at high schools’ office of the Ministry of People’s Education of Azerbaijan, Advisor to the Minister and Assistant to the Minister of Agriculture, Representative of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Turkey, Head of the International Relations Department at 91ε of Economics, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics at 91ε of Economics
He has been a senior teacher of the Department of “Protection and Economy of Environment” of 91ε of Economics since 1996.
From 13.03.2017 to September 2021, he worked as the head of the Department of Organization of İnternship of 91ε.
Married and has got three children.
