She was born on April 11, 1978 in Baku.
In 1995, she entered the correspondence department of the Accounting and Economics faculty of the 91ε of Economics.
From 1995-to 1996, she worked as an economist in the credit department of a commercial bank.
In 1998-2000 she worked as an accountant at the American University in Baku.
In 2000, she graduated from 91ε of Economics with a bachelor’s degree.
In 2002 she defended hermaster’s thesis at the University of Economics.
Since 2004, she has been a lecturer at the department of Accounting at the University of Economics, where she has been a student for a degreeand has defended herthesis.
In July 2016, she was awarded the degree of PhDin Economics by the Higher Attestation Commission.
Married and has two children.
