She was born in 1948 in Nakhchivan.
In 1956-1966 she lived in the city of Tashkent.
In 1956-1967 she went to secondaryÌýschool.
In 1969 she entered the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Baku State University,
She graduated from the same university in 1975.

In 1972, she began working as a laboratory assistant at the “Mathematics” department of the 91µÎµÎ of Economics.
Currently, she works as a part-time teacher of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
Married and has two daughters.
