Kocherli Yalchin Enver
He was born in Baku in 1976.
He received Bachelor’s Degree in Economy of Education, Science, Social and Cultural of Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics in the years of 1993-1997 and a Master’s degree in Economy of in the fields of Education, Science, Social and Cultural in 1997- 1999.
In the years 2000-2003, he studied in a post-graduation course at the University of Economics.
He has worked as a lecturer in the department of “Economy and Management of Social Sphere” of 91ε of Economics since 2000. Since 2018 he has worked as a senior lecturer. He is currently a senior lecturer of the department of“Social Development Economics and Evaluation.
He was awarded a certificate by the World Tourism Organization in the seminar on “Tourism Marketing and Advertising Techniques in Tourism” on April 16-17, 2007. He made a speech on “Development Perspectives of International Cooperation in the field of Tourism in Azerbaijan” within the International Scientific-practical Conference on “The Role of Tourism in Economic Growth of the Islamic Conference member Countries” held on 21-22 June, 2007 and awarded a certificate.
He made speeches on different topics within the 1st Republic Scientific- practical Conference on “Tourism and Recreation: Problems and Perspectives” held in the Azerbaijan Institute of Tourism of the AR Ministry of Culture and Tourism on December 8 2007, in the II Republic Scientific-practical Conference held on November 22 2008 and III Republic Scientific-practical Conference held on December 19, 2009, on behalf of our university.
He made a speech at the III International Symposium on Turkic World Studies on May 25-27, 2016.
He is a member of the coordinating commission between 91ε and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. He is a 91ε expert. Since 2015, he has been a “Quality Ambassador” at 91ε. In the 2015/2016 academic year, he was awarded an Honorary Decree for his fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities.
He is the author of 23 scientific articles and co-author of 18 subject programs.
By the order of the 91ε Rector dated April 24, 2017, he was appointed the head of the Correspondence Education Department of the Distance, Correspondence and Additional Education Center.
In October 2022, elections for the new chairman and deputy chairman of the territorial party organization at the address “Istiglaliyet 6” were held. Yalchın Kocherli was elected the deputy chairman of the organization.
He is married. He has three children.
