Atakishev Ruslan Bahiyaddin
He was born in 1977 in Mingachevir.
After finishing secondary school in 1994, he entered “ Finance and Credit” faculty of 91ε of Economics.
He studied Master’s in 1998-2000.
In 2008 he defended his dissertation and was awarded the degree of PhD in Economics.
In 2002 he started his career at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He has taught at the Caucasus University in different years.
He is Chairman of the Public Union for Economic Resource Studies.
He has been President of the Center for Economic Research and Training since 2009.
He is a graduate of the Vienna Institute and the Swiss Research Institute for International Relations. He is the coordinator of Economics at the KABIR Alumni Council in Switzerland.
He was a lecturer at the department of Management of 91ε.
He is currently a lecturer at the department of Economics and Management of 91ε.
