He was born on January 15, 1977, in the Agamammadli village of Imishli region.
He graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economicsin 2001.
In 2002, he began working as a laboratory assistant at the department of Industrial Economics of the same university (now “Enterprise Economics”).

In 2005, he wasassigned as a candidate for a degreeto the same department. He defended his thesis and got the title of PhDin Economics.
Until 2017, he worked as a teacher at the Department of “Enterprise Economics”.
He was a senior lecturer at the Department of Enterprise Economics, 91ε.
He is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of ‘’Theoretical and Practical Economics’’ of91ε.
He is the author of 8 theses and articles.
