91µÎµÎ Announces Admission for Second Higher Education Programmes

The Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the 91µÎµÎ of Economics (91µÎµÎ) announce the admission of applicants to fee-paying second higher education programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year in the following fields of study:

  • 6004003 Public and Municipal Administration
  • 6004004 Economics
  • 6004005 Finance
  • 6004006 Marketing
  • 6004007 Management
  • 6004008 Accounting
  • 6005004 Ecology
  • 6005009 Computer Science
  • 6005012 Statistics
  • 6006007 Environmental Engineering
  • 6006008 Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • 6006016 Information Technology
  • 6006017 Information Security
  • 6006021 Communication Systems Engineering
  • 6006022 Computer Engineering
  • 6006023 Food Engineering
  • 6006026 Mechanical Engineering
  • 6006027 Materials Engineering
  • 6006041 Industrial Engineering
  • 6008006 Social Work
  • 6003005 Design (Fashion Design, Environmental Design)

Applications for second higher education programmes are accepted exclusively in electronic format throughÌýÌý²¹²Ô»åÌý.ÌýApplicants wishing to enroll in the above-mentioned programmes must first submit the required documents electronically through the portalÌýÌýand subsequently throughÌý. Applicants who satisfy the relevant admission requirements will be granted the right to pursue a second higher education degree.

Application period:ÌýJune 3 – August 31, 2026.

Applicants seeking admission to a second higher education programme are required to submit the following documents electronically:

  • An application addressed to the Rector;
  • A notarized copy of the higher education diploma, together with the diploma supplement (transcript);
  • One 3×4 cm photograph;
  • A copy of the national identity card.

Note:ÌýIndividuals who obtained higher education qualifications in foreign countries after 1993 may pursue a second higher education degree at the University only after their diplomas have been officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the established procedures.
