The next event related with the application of the differential payroll system based on the evaluation of the academic staff’s performances took place on November 12 at 91�ε� of Economics (91�ε�).

During the meeting with the professor-teaching staff held in the third academic building of 91�ε� the Secretary to the Rector Elshen Baghirzade delivered information about the Differential Payroll System. He said the system based on the experience of the Universities of USA, Europe, Turkey and Russia aims to direct the professor- teaching staff’s scientific- pedagogical activities towards 91�ε�’s targets.

The participants’ proposals and questions were heard after the information about the opportunities of the system was given.

In the end memory leaflets about the differential payment system were distributed.

Next meeting with the professor and teaching staff will be held in the other academic building of the university.
