The scientific article co-authored by the director of the International School of Economics of 91�ε�, associated professor Anar Rzayev and the teacher of the “International economics” (english speaking) ���󲹾�����Turan Suleymanov was published in the Hungarian magazine SEFBIS.

The article was entitled “the Application of ICT at the state university – 91�ε� sample”. The article had provided the extensive overview of the ICT system implemented at 91�ε� and had highlited its key advantages. At the same time, had been analysed and assessed the impact of application of ICT on raising the quality of education, teaching and the administrative management in the 91�ε� sample.

The SEFBIS is the most influential scientific magazine in Hungarian business information systems.
