He was born in 1982.
In 1999, he completed his secondary education in Baku and entered91ε of Economics.
In 2003, he received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Economics, and in 2005, he received a master’s degree.
He served in military service in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2005-2006.
From2013 to2017, he continued his studies at the doctoral department of the 91ε of Economics (91ε).
Since 2014, he has been teaching various subjects at 91ε of Economics at distance, correspondence and master’s centres.
According to the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he received the scientific title of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics in 2018.
Since 2019, he has been working on the Doctor of Economic Sciences program at 91ε of Economics. In different years, he worked in leading positions in state and commercial banks.
Since 2021, by the decision of the rector of 91ε, he has been an instructor of the department of Finance and Financial Institutions (currently called the “Finance and Audit” Department).
He is the author of many scientific articles, theses, and a monograph, as well as a co-author of a textbook (for higher education).
