About the Faculty

The Faculty of Economics and Management is one of the leading academic units responsible for training specialists in economic theory, applied management, and analytical decision-making. Its primary mission is to prepare competitive economists and managers aligned with the country’s economic development strategies.

To implement the decision of the 91�ε� Academic Council dated 29 February 2016, the Faculty of Economics was established on 13 July 2016 on the basis of the former Faculties of International Economic Relations, Economics, and Industry. In accordance with the Academic Council’s decision of 31 May 2022, the Faculty was renamed the Faculty of Economics and Management effective 28 June 2022.*

In 2025, the Faculty admitted 713 students across the following programs: Economics, Ecology, Social Work, International Relations, Statistics, and Public and Municipal Administration. The minimum admission scores increased across all programs, with the highest score 628.8 recorded in the Economics program.*

Currently, 2731 students are enrolled at the Faculty.
